Relax in our air-conditioned, late-model transport, and feel free to play your own music on the day via Bluetooth connection.
Additionally, our drivers know when to step in and step out, ensuring they are friendly and serve as your personal guide and host for the day

What to Expect

Our driver pick-up times may vary depending upon your location. This will be part of the final itinerary we send you. All start times will adjust in our online booking system if you would like an indication.
We will arrive to the Penguin Parade approximately 1 hour prior to when the penguins will arrive (sunset).
Grab your seats early or take the time to have something to eat.
You’re welcome to have some food from the onsite restaurant, or bring along your own.
Please bring warm clothes. As the parade is on the beach, even in summer, the wind can be cold.

Tour Options

Upgrade your Tickets to see the Penguin parade with a choice of: Penguins Plus, Premium, Underground Viewing, and Guided Ranger.
Children are welcome, please contact our office for children rates. We can provide children’s safety seats where required.

Can I have a quote?

If you would like a formal quote, please contact our office. This tour is “ready to go”. All pricing for the day is listed in the price table per person. Select your ideal date if it is available proceed to book on our online system.

Is pick up and drop off included?

Yes! We will collect you from your private address, office or convenient meeting point. All Melbourne Hotels included. This is a door to door private tour. If you would like to be returned to a different address please advise our booking office.

We pick up from Melbourne and surrounding suburbs Extra fees may apply if you are outside our included pickup zone.

What is a Private Tour?

Our private tours, are great for groups, small or big, that don’t want to share the day with strangers on a public tour.

Be aware that Public Tours sell by the seat and usually have a set itinerary.

Is there any more money to pay after we book?

No. Our booking price includes taxes, fuel, freeway tolls, the lot!

Can I play my own music on the bus?

Sure! The buses have the latest Bluetooth connections for easy connectivity. Our drivers are happy for someone to take control of the playlist.

Approaching The Day Of Your Tour

Our office will be available via call/text/email . If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Final balances and last minute adjustments will be required no later than 48 hours prior to tour commencement.

Things to know

Proceeding with a booking

Type or select the number of guests in your private group and choose your ideal date. Click on time shown in the booking calendar. Start time will vary based the penguins arrival time.
Please choose from tour options and add-ons. Proceed to check and provide your pick up details and select option for payment.
We will contact your chosen lunch venue availability to update you as soon as possible.
Our booking office will send you an itinerary and tax invoice. We will then email and secure your admission to attractions .
We will require the pick-up/drop-off address for the day.
We will contact you the week of the tour date with any final adjustments. On occasion, someone can’t make it on the day. That’s fine, we just need to know 48 hours prior.
The day of the tour, the driver will arrive 15 minutes early, giving the group time to settle on the bus ready to go.
