Included Lunch

Option 1 :- Pier 10 winery shared lunch with glass of Pier 10 wine.

The chef curates a selection of plates, positioning them at the center of the table for guests to savor and share. These culinary choices are influenced by the seasonal availability of ingredients, promising a delightful variety.

Previous dining experiences have featured delectable dishes such as House Marinated Olives with almonds and orange, Spiced Calamari served with chipotle mayo and a side of Asian slaw, Arancini crafted with pumpkin, mozzarella, and aioli, Moroccan Lamb complemented by an apple and radish salad, an indulgent Charcuterie platter featuring parfait, cured meats, and carefully chosen accompaniments, Crispy Chips seasoned with rosemary salt and aioli, and a refreshing Salad.

Option 2 :- T’Gallant Winery Shared Pizza & Pasta lunch with Glass of T’Gallant wine

Lunch beginsĀ  as they present a thoughtfully curated assortment of seasonal charcuterie and cheese. This delectable platter is accompanied by an array of pickles, fresh-baked bread, an assortment of tantalizing dips, and a medley of succulent olives .

The main affair is a selection of pizzas, Pasta and sides to complement

  • Ai Funghi: Revel in the rich flavors of this Bianco-based masterpiece, featuring a harmonious blend of mozzarella, gorgonzola, earthy mushrooms, aromatic garlic, thyme-infused oil, and a garnish of fresh parsley.
  • Salami: Indulge in a classic favorite with a twist. A sumptuous tomato sugo base serves as the canvas for a generous layer of mozzarella, succulent salami, caramelized onions, and a sprinkle of aged pecorino cheese .
  • Pasta Amatriciana – bucatini pasta topped with spiced Napoli Sauce, capsicum, olives and fresh herbs, pecorino & olive oil.
  • Crispy Chips: Golden, seasoned, and utterly irresistible.
  • Mediterranean Salad : A vibrant ensemble of fresh, crisp greens and an assortment of Mediterranean-inspired ingredients, ensuring a refreshing accompaniment to your main course.

What to Expect

  • Our driver pick-up time may vary depending on your location. This will be part of the final itinerary we send you. As an indication, pick-up from Melbourne and surrounding suburbs is between 9:45 am and 10:00 am. Local pick-up on the Mornington Peninsula is between 10:15 am and 10:30 am.
  • This is a private tour – not a public tour. You are booking a vehicle all to your self.

  • Please select one of the lunch options; we will confirm your ideal lunch reservation (subject to venue availability).
  • The Mornington Peninsula also hosts a variety of distilleries offering rum, gin, whisky, and vodka. Email us for the additional cost if this interests you.

It will depend on your final numbers; it’s important to note that every cellar door imposes its own maximum group sizes. Small groups of 2-6 have their pick of wineries. A group of up to 11 guests has reduced wineries to choose from.

Wineries that accept groups of 12-24 guests are limited, so organize your group early to increase your options.

Yes. However, this will depend on the final group size. It’s worth noting that some wineries have different tasting fee structures and charge above the average cost of a standard wine tasting. This product is priced to a set cost. Additional charges may apply for specific stops.

If you would like a formal quote, please contact our office. This tour isĀ  “ready to go”. All pricing for the day is listed in the price table per person. Select your ideal date if it is available proceed to book on our online system.Ā 

Yes! We will collect you from your private address, office or convenient meeting point. All Melbourne Hotels included. This is a door to door private wine tour. If you would like to be returned to a different address please advise our booking office.

We pick up from Melbourne and surrounding suburbs and from down the Peninsula. Extra fees may apply if you are outside our usual pickup zone.Ā 

Our Private Mornington Peninsula Winery Tour, is great for groups, small or big, that don’t want to share the day with strangers on a public tour.

Be aware that Public Wine Tours sell by the seat and usually have a set itinerary.Ā 

Yes, of course! We can price a non-drinker to join the tour and include lunch for that guest and exclude all the tasting fees. For bookings online, book the tour based on the drinkers and add a note to the final order stating that you also have a non-drinker.Ā  We will send you the cost for this after the booking is processed. Please feel free to email us prior to booking.

No. Our booking price includes taxes and tasting fees, lunch, transfers, fuel, freeway tolls, the lot! Any additional beverages at lunch are at your own expense. We suggest one person settle the bill and split with the group on a latter date.Ā 

Yes! The Classic Wine Tour has a lunch option at the Pig & Whistle Tavern, which is on 30 acres with English style gardens but just happens to also be on a Vineyard.Ā

Sure! The buses have the latest Bluetooth connections for easy connectivity. Our drivers are happy for someone to take control of the playlist.

Not a problem! Please let us know. Most restaurants can cater to special requirements. We kindly ask for these requirements as soon as possible so we can give the restaurants plenty of advanced notice.

Approaching The Day Of Your Tour

Our office will be available via call/text/email . If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Final balances and last minute adjustments will be required no later than 48 hours prior to tour commencement.Ā

Things to know

ProceedingĀ  with a booking
  • Type or select the number of guests in your private group and choose your ideal date. Please choose from tour options and add-ons. Proceed to check and provide your pick up details and select option for payment.Ā 
  • Ā We will contact your chosen lunch venue availability to update you as soon as possible.
  • Our booking office will send you an itinerary and tax invoice. We will then email and secure all the cellar bookings.
  • Collect any special dietary requirements from the group, and provide us with the pick-up/drop-off address for the day.
  • We will contact you the week of the tour date with any final adjustments. On occasion, someone can’t make it on the day. That’s fine, we just need to know 48 hours prior.
  • The day of the tour, the driver will arrive 15 minutes early, giving the group time to settle on the bus ready to go.
