As the first distillery on the Mornington Peninsula, their journey began with a passion for the classic brandies of France. Inspired by these traditions, they set out to create their premium aged spirit, Ochre brandy, showcasing the excellence of Australian brandy production. Situated in the renowned wine-growing region of the Mornington Peninsula, their distillery found its perfect home among the vineyards.

Central to their process is the creation of their grape-based eau de vie spirit, the foundation of their entire product range. Rather than sourcing neutral ethanol externally, they choose to distill their own premium grape-based spirit in-house, embodying their dedication to craftsmanship and quality.
