Description

Would you like to have a private Mornington Peninsula winery charter? This option allows you to visit your own chosen destinations for the day. Mornington Peninsula, has a range of great places to stop and visit. Choose a pick up location and your preferred start time. This is a 7 hour charter, allowing for the popular 9:45am start. This is a flat fee for the whole 11 seater bus and driver.

Optional extras

Extra time by the hour – Add extra time to the tour. Why not add an extra stop at a distillery or brewery? Consider visiting one of the local attractions; ride the Arthur’s Seat Eagle Chairlift, or book a dip in the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs. For example: book the 7 hour charter plus pay for 3 extra hours to relax in the outdoor hot spring lagoons at the end of the day.

How does the day unfold?

We pick up you and your party of guests from the discussed location.

A typical tour usually commences at 9:45am from Melbourne and surrounding suburbs and 10:30am for a pick up on the Mornington Peninsula. We depart home at 5:00pm.

The day is planned and booked by you. Make your own lunch and cellar door reservations, allowing 7 hours and 250km distance.  Let us know where you would like to go and, we’ll calculate the best route to get the most out of the included 250km travel.

Your booking includes private bus hire and driver only for your agreed itinerary and charter duration. Winery tastings, meals, drinks, entry fees and other venue costs are not included.
No. All wine tastings, experiences and venue charges are payable separately by you or your group directly to each winery.
Yes. As this is a transport-only charter, your group is responsible for arranging and confirming all winery, restaurant and activity bookings before the day.
Yes. You can create your own itinerary, subject to travel times, venue opening hours, booking availability and the total charter duration.
Yes, private charters can generally be arranged from an agreed pickup location. Your final pickup and drop-off locations should be confirmed before the charter.
Your bus is available for allowed timing for a 9:45 am pickup -5:00 pm dropoff Please allow enough time for travel between venues, tastings, meals and any planned stops. Additional time may incur extra charges.
No. Alcohol consumption is strictly not permitted on board our vehicles. We do not hold a liquor licence for on-board alcohol consumption.
No. Our vehicles are provided for private passenger transport only and are not operated as party buses. We do not hold a party bus permit, and party bus-style activities are not permitted on board.
Yes, unopened wine or other purchases may be transported as luggage, provided they remain sealed and are not consumed while on board.
Your driver will follow the agreed itinerary as closely as possible. Delays at one venue may reduce the time available at later stops, and additional charter time may incur extra charges.

Final balances and last minute adjustments will be required no later than 48 hours prior to tour commencement.

Proceeding  with a booking
  • Type or select the number of guests in your private group and choose your ideal date. Please choose from tour options and add-ons. Proceed to check and provide your pick up details and select option for payment. 
  •  We will contact your chosen lunch venue availability to update you as soon as possible.
  • Our booking office will send you an itinerary and tax invoice. We will then email and secure all the cellar bookings.
  • Collect any special dietary requirements from the group, and provide us with the pick-up/drop-off address for the day.
  • We will contact you the week of the tour date with any final adjustments. On occasion, someone can’t make it on the day. That’s fine, we just need to know 48 hours prior.
  • The day of the tour, the driver will arrive 15 minutes early, giving the group time to settle on the bus ready to go.
